Return Policy

Thanks for shopping at zoriz.com.

Please initiate a return via our "START A RETURN" tab.

You have 30 days for a return.  Your item must be unused and in new condition.  The item must be in the original packaging accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. 

The pair must be in the original shoe box and shipped in a proper shipping box/bag.  Do not tape the label on the shoe box to ship.

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

All sandals bought on Amazon should be returned through Amazon.

2nd Life Collection are final sale and can not be returned.
